Home Made Bacon 自制培根

将盐、糖、黑胡椒和香料混合均匀。将五花肉均匀涂上腌料,放入保鲜袋或密封盒,冰箱冷藏腌制5–7天,每天翻面一次。腌制完成后,将猪肉冲洗掉多余盐分,晾干表面。
自制培根简单又能提升每一餐的幸福感。
