Artemisia argyi dumplings 家常手作艾叶饺子

  1. Prepare Artemisia
    Wash the artemisia leaves thoroughly. Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, drain, and finely chop. This removes any bitterness and makes the leaves soft.
  2. Mix the Filling
    In a bowl, mix ground pork, chopped artemisia, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and green onions. Stir thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Form the Dumplings
    Divide the rested dough into small pieces and roll each piece into thin wrappers (about 3 inches in diameter). Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold and seal the edges into your favorite dumpling shape.
  4. Cook the Dumplings
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Gently add dumplings and stir to prevent sticking. Once they float, cook for 2–3 more minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Serve & Enjoy
    Serve the dumplings with soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, or your favorite dipping sauce.
  1. 处理艾草
    将艾草洗净后用沸水焯烫约1分钟,去除苦味并变软,然后切碎。
  2. 混合馅料
    在碗中加入猪肉、花生、红罗卜馅、切碎的艾草、生抽、香油、盐、黑胡椒和葱花,搅拌均匀。
  3. 包饺子
    将静置好的面团分成若干小块,擀成薄饺子皮(约 8cm 直径)。包入适量馅料,用力捏紧边缘。
  4. 煮饺子
    大锅加水煮沸,轻轻放入饺子并搅动防止粘连。饺子浮起后再煮 2–3 分钟即可熟透。
  5. 出锅享用
    配上酱油、醋、辣椒油等调料享用美味艾草饺子。
